The New Day Exercise of the Month
New Day Training wants to show everyone at home some of our favourite
and most effective exercises.
The exercise of the month is the Y-T-W scapulation sequence using the TRX.
1. "Y" - Feet are several inches closer to the anchor than the body.
Grasp the handles with palms down.
Raise hands directly overhead with straight arms. Do not elevate shoulder blades together.
 
2. "T" - Same as "Y" but palms face away from each other and arms spread to a "T" position at shoulder height.
  
3. "W" - Palms face each other, arms are placed at 90 degrees from the shoulder and elbows
are bent to 90 degrees. Open ams from the shoulder, maintaining 90 degrees t the elbow.
Squeeze shoulder blades together and down.
 
Repeat all exercises 8 times and do 2 -3 sets
