New Day Spin Class
Our spin classes are unique to New Day Training. First, our Keiser spinners are exceptional in their quality, making them the most comfortable, quietest and smoothest running machines found anywhere. They feature magnetic resistance for silent, wear-free operation, an on-board computer to monitor cadence, power output and heart-rate. We also added wireless sound for rider volume control.
Our spinning area opens to the outdoors for excellent ventilation and fresh air. Weather permitting, the spinners are moved out onto the patio for a refreshing and energetic workout. Finally, and most importantly, we are very proud of our highly experienced and motivating spin instructors. Monika Skeete, Jane Marquis, and Aileen Stuart. Our spin classes are quickly becoming a hit and are filling up fast.

Buy a spinning class or punch pass and receive a free safety orientation to learn proper form to avoid injury.

New Day Power Circuit
Power Circuit is fast becoming our most popular class. Under the guidance and motivation of Monica Skeete and Terry Day, you will achieve a full body resistance workout combined with short bursts of intense cardio-vascular exercise. This style of training can help you burn 300 - 500 kcals per session. Power circuit is a progressive class that changes as your body adapts. Power circuit is suitable for all fitness levels.

Yo-lates
Yo-Lates is a new and fun small group class now offered at New Day. Monica Skeete combines her yoga and pilates expertise to create a fun and effective 1 hour of pilates style core strengthening and yoga style stretching. This is an ideal compliment to your strength and cardio training regime. You will leave feeling relaxed, de-stressed and ready for a great night’s sleep.

Cardio Kickboxing
This is a 45 minute high intensity interval training class, incorporating boxing, kickboxing, strength training and cardio. New exercises and drills will be used each week to challenge your muscles and keep you burning fat. This class will energize you, kick your body into high gear and guarantees a good time.

Fit for Hockey
Our Hockey Conditioning Boot Camp will prepare you for the upcoming hockey season. Increase your stamina, speed, and agility, while safeguarding your body from injury.

Fit for Golf
Fit for Golf is a whole body conditioning, small group circuit class with the golfer in mind. We focus on rotary strength, balance and muscular balancing while at the same time improving cardiovascular fitness. Terry Day has operated this popular class for the past 5 years, helping many golfers achieve longer drives, greater stamina and fewer injuries.

Fast Forward
Fast Forward is New Day's most comprehensive weight loss program to date. If you are serious about making changes in your life, this is the program for you. We provide all the training, nutritional counseling, and motivation needed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes that will stay with you for the rest of your life. This progressive program begins with a consultation with one of our experienced trainers. We want to know all about your health history, your goals and all possible risk factors. We will then provide a nutritional consultation with our dietitian who will analyze your current nutritional habits and then provide a better eating plan. Next, we take measurements, record your weight and take pictures. The work begins gradually with 3 days a week of personal training where you will learn proper training technique. As the first month progresses, we gradually add more of what your body needs to kick start your metabolism. By the end of the month, you will be fully integrated into a highly efficient calorie burning weight loss program.

Outdoor Boot Camp
New Day is reviving our ever popular outdoor boot camp. This fun and challenging class will be held at Diefenbaker Park utilizing the great outdoors. Participants of all fitness levels will enjoy this ever-changing class structure.

Core Stabilization Class
Directed towards older adults, this class helps with core strength and balance, which will allow for better stability, reducing the possibility of falling. This fun class will leave you feeling fitter, healthier, and safer. |
Policy for make-up classes
In order to be eligible for a make-up class, you must have given at least 24 hours of notice before the missed class.
Make-up classes are done by availability and must be done within the eight week period of the class. |
